Just wet a  paper towel or paper tissue and rub away the markings in seconds without dissolving the frame or the lens. 

Wetted towel can be reused as long as the removing liquid remains active.

As with any chemical one should exercise some caution. Wash hands after use, wear protective gear and glasses.

There is no regulation as there will be no waste as this product will be totally used up.
